Project Guidelines & Requirements
- Projects must be original work developed by the participating team
- Each team can have 2-4 members from same or different departments
- Prepare a 5-minute demonstration and 3-minute Q&A session
- Bring all necessary equipment, extensions, and backup power sources
- Display boards (3x4 feet) will be provided for each project
- Submit project abstract and documentation one week before the event
- Projects will be evaluated on innovation, implementation, and impact
- Ensure your project is fully functional during the exhibition hours
