Paper Guidelines & Submission
- Papers should be original, unpublished work and follow IEEE format (maximum 6 pages)
- Include abstract (250 words), introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and references
- Presentation time: 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Submit both PDF and DOC versions of your paper through the online portal
- Plagiarism should be less than 15% (will be checked through plagiarism detection software)
- All authors must be present during their scheduled presentation slot
- Use PowerPoint or PDF format for presentation slides with minimum 24pt font size
